To add an email alias or email forwarder to an email account:

1) Login to your sites control panel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel)

2) Click the "Mail" Icon on the main menu of cPanel.

3) Click on the email "forwarders" link.

4) Click the "add forwarder" icon which is located towards the bottom of the page.

5) Enter the email address to forward to and choose the proper domain name in the dropdown box and the name you wish to forward.

Example is sales @ yourdomain.com   => This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  

This would forward all emails received for This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it which would be setup already as a valid email account.  You can also forward domain emails to any email address that you may already have.
