Website content must be put in the following folder on the server:

/home/<admin_username>/www

Any content dropped into that folder is accessible over the internet using your domain URL.  

You can use FTP or the file manager to upload your content.  Frontpage extensions if enabled, also provide a method for uploading from Frontpage.

Note:  When you login to the system as the admin user, you will already be in the /home/<admin_usernam> directory.  You should see the "www" folder in there.
